RETURN POLICY

 

We are dedicated to providing excellent craftsmanship, superior quality, and expert fit. All Deborah Marquit lingerie is made to order and requires 2-4 weeks for delivery. For multiple styles, colors, and sizes, allow from 4 and up to 6 weeks. 

All items are cut and sewn as per your order, therefore, style, and color changes are not refundable or exchangeable. New styles and colors will have to be re-ordered. If your bra does not fit you may exchange it for a new size or style or for credit towards something else, or a full refund.

If you require your items by a specific date or for a special occasion, send your request to info@deborahmarquit.com at the time you place your order.

Items purchased for sale prices are not refundable or exchangeable

To request a free shipping label send an email to info@deborahmarquit.com and we will send a prepaid printable shipping label. Returns must be authorized, and sent in the same condition as received and returned in the same packaging and box.

We reserve the right to reject return items if they appear obviously worn or otherwise not in the same condition as delivered.

Bottoms, such as underwear, thongs, briefs, bikinis, and g-strings are not refundable or exchangeable due to obvious health reasons.

Beauty and body care products are non-refundable.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

It is advisable to make any changes to size, color, or style within 72 hours of your purchase date. Request your changes by email at orders@deborahmarquit.com.
