RETURN POLICY

We are dedicated to providing excellent craftsmanship, superior quality, and expert fit. All Deborah Marquit lingerie is made to order and requires 3 - 5 weeks for delivery. For multiple styles, colors, and sizes, allow from 3 and up to 8 weeks. Due to the Covid-19 health crisis, orders can require longer than usual wait time.

If an item does not fit, or if you are dissatisfied in any way, you may exchange for another size or style, or you may request a full refund within 7 days of receipt of items.

Items purchased for sale prices are not refundable or exchangeable.

    To request a free return label, send an email to info@deborahmarquit.com and we will send a prepaid printable shipping label. Returns must be in the same condition as received and returned in the same packaging and box.

    We reserve the right to reject return items if they appear obviously worn or otherwise not in the same condition as delivered.

    Bottoms, such as underwear, thongs, briefs, bikinis, and g-strings are not refundable or exchangeable due to obvious health reasons.

    ORDER MODIFICATIONS

    It is advisable to make any changes to size, color, or style within 72 hours of your purchase date. Request your changes by email at orders@deborahmarquit.com.
