Sustainability
We recycle and repurpose the remaining fabrics and threads from our production process, including natural fibers, synthetics, and synthetic blends. Non-renewable materials such as metal, nylon, rubber, plastic, and polyester, are repurposed to contribute to the circular economy.
Manufacturing
Materials are used for their beauty, performance, texture, quality, and components. The collection is produced with meticulous attention to detail, and created in-house, in New York City, USA.
Materials
Hand-loomed laces, fabrics, and trims are imported from Italy, Calais, France, Sri Lanka, Germany, Belgium, Thailand, China, and Japan. Material components include Nylon, Lycra, Elastane, Polyamide, Cotton, Silk, Polyester, Rubber, Metals, and Rayon. Cotton fabrics are organic when possible. Hardware, brand labels, tags, and packaging used in the production are made in the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Germany, Italy, and France.
Recycling
Fabric remnants, paper scraps, and materials that remain unused after the manufacturing process are recycled. Cuttings. fabric scraps, excess threads, retired bulk fabrics, and elastic trims are repurposed through the recycling team at Fabscrap.
Logistics
Packages and shipping are handled with the highest standards via USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, WorldNet, and by hand courier services within Manhattan. Cardboard boxes and plastics from shipments of materials and fabrics are recycled.
Garment Donations
Archived and retired fabrics are donated to Fashion Design students. Finished garment samples and factory remnants, and extra sample inventory are donated to homeless shelters, disaster assistance organizations, women's programs, and charities, including Good Will and The Salvation Army.
