Refund policy

At Deborah Marquit, we are dedicated to delivering the finest workmanship and expert fit.

All garments are cut and sewn to order. Changes to your order must be made within 72 hours from the time your order was placed. Allow four to six weeks for delivery. For quantities of 6 or more pieces, allow up to 8 to 10 weeks or more according to the number of pieces ordered.

Upon receipt of your order, if your item does not fit as you expected, you may exchange it for another size, or style. A return for credit to purchase something else or a full refund can be issued on items purchased for full price only.

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable.

Send your return request to info@deborahmarquit.com. If approved, a complimentary return label will be provided. Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to reject a return on special custom-made items.

Return items must be unworn and in the same condition, and must be returned in the same packaging as received.

We reserve the right to reject your return if it is in less-than-perfect condition or appears worn.

Items ordered for sale prices are not exchangeable or refundable. 

  • Thongs, bikini briefs, full briefs, and g-strings are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom-sized and special-order garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Fragrance, soaps, and body products are not eligible for return or exchange.

FAQS

All Deborah Marquit lingerie is made to order and requires 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you want to make changes to color or size it must be done within 72 hours of processing.

Colors may appear slightly different in person than in product images. Devices including computers, laptops, and mobile phones have different color displays therefore product hues may appear slightly different when held in the hand compared to website images.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

It is advisable to make any changes to size, color, or style within 72 hours of your purchase date. Request your changes by email at orders@deborahmarquit.com.
