At Deborah Marquit, we are dedicated to delivering the finest workmanship and expert fit. Garments are cut and sewn to order Allow four to six weeks for delivery. For quantities of 6 or more pieces, allow up to 8 to 10 weeks or more according to the number of pieces ordered.

Upon receipt of your order, if your item does not fit as you expected, you may exchange it for another size, or style. A return for credit to purchase something else or a full refund may be provided. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable.

To return an item, send your return request to info@deborahmarquit.com. If approved, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided. Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will not include shipping costs. A refund fee of $11.95 will be deducted from your return for shipping and handling.

Return items must be unworn and in the same condition, and must be returned in the same packaging as received. We reserve the right to reject your return if it is in less-than-perfect condition or appears worn.

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund: 

  • Thongs, bikini briefs, full briefs, and g-strings 
  • Custom-sized and special-order garments 
  • Sale items and Gift Cards 
  • Fragrance, soaps, and body products
  • Sachets

All Deborah Marquit lingerie is made to order and requires 4-6 weeks for delivery. For multiple sizes and colors, allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. If you'd like to change your colors or sizes please do so by email to info@deborahmarquit.com.

Kindly send any changes within 72 hours of the time you sent your order through.

ABOUT COLORS

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person than in product images. Devices including computers, laptops, and mobile phones have different color displays therefore product hues may appear slightly different when held in the hand compared to website images. 

If you would like to see the exact color ahead of ordering, please send your request to info@deborahmarquit.com and we would be delighted to sent you a Pantone swatch for your color reference. 

CUSTOM COLORS:

If you would like a custom color please send your request to info@deborahmarquit.com with a Pantone swatch of the color and we will respond to let you know if it is possible. 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

It is advisable to make any changes to size, color, or style within 72 hours of your purchase date. Request your changes by email at info@deborahmarquit.com.
